When does Pahtiā come in?

We join 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding to absorb your planning, confirm vendors and build the timeline. On the day of the event we direct everything, from the first delivery to the last guest.

Is it the same as the venue coordinator?

No. The venue coordinator looks after the venue's interests; Pahtiā looks after yours. We work hand in hand with the venue, but we answer only to the couple.

We planned everything ourselves. Can you really take it from there?

Yes — that's exactly the case Pahtiā exists for. Your planning is the map; we are the ones who drive it, so you can ride as passengers.

What if we need more than coordination?

Then you should meet Ollin, our full planning service, or Yolotzin for intimate weddings. On the first call, we'll tell you honestly which one fits you best.
